Michael works with a wide variety of professional trainers and consultants to provide quality training and consultation on a wide variety of issues. Customized training can be provided for leaders, managers and direct line supervisors to assist with team dynamics, communication, time management and customer service.
The Leadership Challenge Workshop – Explores the behaviors associated with leadership and provides time for each participant to evaluate their individual leadership skills and create a plan for improving them. This is accomplished through a 360 degree assessment of skills, self reflection, workshop activities and coaching.
Team Building – Leadership is about relationships. Team building activities range from “lunch and learn” workshops to two-day workshops where teams learn about their individual and team strengths and challenges. Learning how to work and communicate effectively increases productivity, improves morale and allows teams to focus in critical goals.
Focus/24 Hours in a Day – Explore how to use the power of focus to accomplish both the day-to-day tasks that often seem to overwhelm us while ensuring we focus on the important objectives that allow an individual or a team to move forward in accomplishing key mission objectives. Participants will leave with tools which allow them to master e-mails, sideline the unimportant and focus on those things that make a difference in their personal and professional life.
Diversity and Inclusiveness – Understanding the unique way each individual on the team sees the world, and ensuring that viewpoint is respected, is one of the key factors in building high functioning and inclusive teams. Our highly interactive workshops allow participants to interact on multiple levels to explore each other’s unique world view and work towards inclusivity on a team.
